The Banquet hall

The Vasa Museum is the banquet hall that outshines all others. Celebrate in the company of the Vasa Ship. Be it a company jubilee, gala dinner, business banquet, private birthday party or an anniversary celebration. It would be difficult to find a more extravagant banquet hall with the magnificent Vasa Ship as your dining companion, not just in Stockholm but anywhere in the world. You can have a banquet for up to 750 seated guests or a stand-up reception for around 1550 guests.

The Vasa Resturant

Stockholm's closest and most central archipelago restaurant. That is one way to describe the restaurant in the Vasa Museum.  The restaurant is the perfect dining hall when a banquet with the Vasa Ship might be too formal.

180 guests can easily be accommodated. Besides space for dancing, a band and performances, the beautiful restaurant also has a large open veranda where you can enjoy the view and the sun going down over Skeppsholmen and Kastellholmen.

The Ice-breaker Sankt Erik

A more sea-faring alternative for your banquet is the ice-breaker "Sankt Erik", moored right outside the Vasa Museum. Until 1977 the vessel was used as a sea-going ice-breaker in the archipelago's water-courses leading into Stockholm.

The Sankt Erik is a much appreciated alternative for smaller gatherings, receptions, cocktail parties and business dinners. The salon has been meticulously restored to its original 1915 condition with the exquisite brass and mahogany fittings of the period.

The ship can accommodate up to 24 people. In the spring and summer we can serve cocktails for 150 guests on the beautiful rear deck.
